LANG TO STAY WITH CATS
GEELONG has secured promising midfielder Darcy Lang on a new two-year deal.
Lang, 19, made his AFL debut last season. He has played every game this year and said it was an easy decision to stay with the Cats.
“I’m over the moon; it’s something that you want to be — a one-club player,” Lang told the Cats’ website.
Lang is the fourth Geelong player to re-sign in the past week, joining Tom Hawkins, Jackson Thurlow and Jordan Murdoch.
Veteran Steven Motlop, who is coming out of contract, is yet to decide on his future.
