Lima says good­bye

BRAZIL­IAN su­per­model Adri­ana Lima has been farewelled in style on the Vic­to­ria’s Se­cret run­way in New York.

The 37-year-old An­gel con­firmed it was her last ap­pear­ance for the US lin­gerie gi­ant, which de­scribed her as the “great­est An­gel of all time”.

Tay­lor Hill opened the show, while Be­hati Prinsloo, 30, re­turned to the VS run­way af­ter a two-year ab­sence to a stand­ing ova­tion from hus­band, singer Adam Levine.

Gigi and Bella Ha­did siz­zled as their mother, Yolanda Ha­did, and Bella’s boyfriend The Weeknd sat in the front row. Gigi’s on-off boyfriend Zayn Ma­lik was ab­sent.

Prime seat­ing was also oc­cu­pied by Kris Jen­ner and Corey Gam­ble, wear­ing match­ing all-white suits. Jen­ner filmed daugh­ter Ken­dall, in her sec­ond VS show.

Aus­tralian model Shanina Shaik made a stun­ning re­turn af­ter a three-year ab­sence, with her hus­band DJ Ruckus watch­ing on from the sec­ond row.

Her ex-boyfriend, model Tyson Beck­ford, also at­tended.

Perth’s Kelly Gale also im­pressed with her ath­letic frame, while home­grown new­com­ers Alan­nah Wal­ton and Duckie Thot also strut­ted in front of the New York crowd

Vic­to­ria’s Se­cret is touted as “the tough­est book­ing on earth” for mod­els.
