BIPARTISAN relations were alive and well with BILL and CHLOE SHORTEN partying in the Mumm marquee with former Deputy Leader JULIE BISHOP and her don’t-call-me-a-manbag partner DAVID PANTON (pictured) after the last race. Shorten backed a winner on Cup Day with Cross Counter as a guest in the much-sought after Tabcorp marquee. But the real punter in the room was Deputy PM MICHAEL McCORMACK. The National Party leader also backed Cross Counter and recited the names of every Cup winner going back to Archer in 1861 and 1862.
