Stink over drivers’ loo

Herald Sun - - NEWS -

A UK bus firm that installed a toilet for drivers on one of its routes has caused a stink among residents.

Wealthy locals claim the “disgusting” toilet in Biggin Hill, Kent, would smell and attract rats, vowing to have it removed. They also said they were not consulted and feared it would hit home values in an area where prices average $707,000.

The toilet has already been attacked by vandals, and is part of a $10 million Transport for London plan to put toilets on routes that have no facilities for its 25,000 bus drivers.
