LET IT BEY, LET IT BEY

SAVE your outrage —

BEYONCE does not need it. People actually got up in arms this week because of the so-called double-standards in a live duet between a dresseddown ED SHEERAN and a glammed up Beyonce (below).

It was apparently evidence of how men are judged for their work, not looks. Women, however, are pressured to put effort into their appearance in order to be taken seriously.

Oh, please! Like anyone forces Queen Bey to wear her ridiculous ensembles. If she wanted to sing in a tracksuit, I doubt anyone would question it. It would probably inspire fans to h head to their nearest Bonds outlet in search of something similar.

Bey and Ed have always had their own styles. His is to look like a grungy teenager in clothes found on his bedroom floor. Hers is to look like she’s just stepped out of a music video.

We shouldn’t wear any other suggestion.
