AUS­TRALIAN pro­moter Fron­tier has taken out the third spot in Bill­board’s end-of-year rank­ing of global tour pro­mot­ers.

Fron­tier grossed $340 mil­lion from al­most 2.8 mil­lion tick­ets sold to 440 shows be­tween De­cem­ber 2017 and Novem­ber 2018. Live Na­tion was No.1 with $4.9 bil­lion to­tal gross from 6251 shows glob­ally, and AEG sec­ond on $2 bil­lion from 2415 shows.

“(Our) busi­ness model has al­ways been an artist and fan-first ap­proach,” Fron­tier’s MICHAEL GUDINSKI (above) said.
