CAMERON DADDO admits he never thought he’d see Summer Bay pop up on his resume.

A long-time Aussie television favourite, Daddo (right) makes his debut on Home And Away tonight as

Evan Slater.

“Summer Bay is everything and more, it’s a delightful place to be,’’ Daddo, 55, said.

“I didn’t think I would be adding an early evening serial to my resume at this stage in life.

“As an actor, you don’t know what you’re doing month to month so I’m really grateful, especially being an artist because a lot of my contemporaries are doing it tough.”

Daddo, also a stage performer and singer, has a two-month stint on the Channel 7 soap.
