Mary Mackillop Catholic College is kicking off the Open Day season with their first ever whole-college Open Day.

There is so much on offer at Mary Mackillop both academically and in the extracurricular areas, and with an ever-growing senior campus, in preparation to facilitate the full Prep to Year 12 experience by 2020.

Every child is unique, each with their own set of strengths, abilities and aspirations.

SO, HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD AND YOUR FAMILY?

Open days are a great place to start, with the opportunity to meet the principal, teachers and other key staff, engage in classroom activities and get a good preview at all the sports, arts and cultural offerings. Trial days give your child the opportunity to visit for a day, participate in classes, mingle with peers and see if it is a good fit for them. Meet with the principal or head of school and discuss the needs of your child in depth.

Talk to other parents who have children already enrolled.

Attend community events run by the school to see how they engage with the local community. Read up on the newsletters, website, social media pages, and mobile apps to stay up-to-date with events, activities and success stories of the students at the school.

Join the Mary Mackillop Catholic College Open Day on Sunday, March 25.
