Hills Gazette - - NEWS -

PARTICIPANTS in a free photography workshop in York will have a chance to have their work featured in an exhibition about Anzacs.

Tomorrow’s workshop will be held in the Greenhills area and work could be included in the Residency Museum’s 2018 Exhibition Walk With Us – Remembering Them, which will feature 100 Anzacs from York as life-size, cut-out figures filling the Town Hall.

There are no photographic records of some Anzacs, so images depicting places associated with these soldiers will tell their story by illustrating their figures.

Top WA photographer Andy Tyndall will run the workshop.

To book, call 9641 2328 or email crcreception@west

Bring your camera, iPad or phone, buy or BYO coffee and lunch.

York Community Bus will depart York CRC at 8am, or make your own way to Greenhills for 8.30am start. Return to York 1pm2pm.
