Hills to Hawkesbury Living Magazine - - Community News -

Don’t forget to register to enter the 2017 ‘ Waste 2 Art’ Competition, which closes on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 at 11:59pm. Artworks do not need to be submitted until Tuesday, 25 July 2017.

Hawkesbury City Council’s Waste 2 Art Competition focuses on the REUSE part of the 3Rs of the waste hierarchy, (reuse, reduce, recycle) to specifically show how Primary School students can give waste a new purpose by transforming it into a creative piece of artwork. Through Waste 2 Art, Council hopes to encourage students to reduce, reuse and recycle waste.
