The four students underwent training in public speaking by Gareth McCray of Radio 2CH last week.
The Castle Hill RSL Sub-Branch Secondary School Ambassador Program began in 2015, the first year of the Centenary of Anzac.
Co-ordinator Bryan Mullan said: “This year the ambassadors will have additional duties as the Centenary of the Armistice is commemorated on November 11."
The service on Anzac Sunday is at 9am on April 22. The Dawn Service is
at 6am on Wednesday, April 25 but parking is limited so arrive earlier. Both services will be held at the Centenary of Anzac Reserve, Wrights Rd, Kellyville.
"We would like to congratulate Jesse on being selected to participate in the Secondary School Anzac Ambassador Program.”
“It is important for our students to understand, commemorate and reflect on the great sacrifices that were made by Australian soldiers that helped to shape our nation, and the ANZAC spirit of mateship, friendship, generosity and respect that we became known for.
