Hills Com­mu­nity Aid have brought to­gether the top com­mu­nity ser­vices all in the one place for this com­mu­nity event that con­nects the com­mu­nity with lo­cal ser­vice providers. Life can be tough at times, this even brings ser­vice providers from Fi­nan­cial Sup­port Ser­vices, Health, Food Re­sources, IT Ser­vices, Wel­fare Rights, Com­put­ers with a cuppa, Le­gal Ser­vices and Dis­abil­ity sup­ports and Po­lice NSW all in one lo­ca­tion to ed­u­cate, guide and sup­port the com­mu­nity all un­der this con­ve­nience of this one event.

Con­nect­ing Com­mu­nity has been cre­ated from the de­mand of the com­mu­nity for eas­ier ac­cess to com­mu­nity ser­vices and a greater un­der­stand­ing about what ser­vices are avail­able. Many com­mu­nity mem­bers from all dif­fer­ent so­cial, fi­nan­cial and cul­tural back­grounds ex­pe­ri­ence a life hur­dle and of­ten have no idea on where to ask for help.

Con­nect­ing Com­mu­nity is be­ing held Fri­day 28 Septem­ber, 9:30am – 12:30pm. Bal­combe Heights Es­tate, 92 Seven Hills Road, Baulkham Hills.

Con­nect­ing Com­mu­nity brings a large ar­ray of com­mu­nity ser­vices all in the one lo­ca­tion to en­able com­mu­nity mem­bers to have ease of ac­cess and greater un­der­stand­ing to the sup­port avail­able.
