THIS MONTH THE FEATURED artist is Mellissa Read-Devine, an artist from the Hawkesbury Art Trail who will create a vibrant

impressionist floral landscape using acrylic paints in a semi abstract style.

Mellissa’s work ranges between vibrant still- lifes, textural abstracts and intricate linocuts. Her works have been displayed in public exhibitions, print exchange collections and galleries around Australia. Currently, Mellissa has a Wednesday morning class at the Royal Art Society.

Mellissa’s studio/gallery ‘The Idyll’ an artist’s retreat, is set amidst sandstone cliffs and bushland rich in birdlife – the beauty and tranquillity inspiring her artwork. We welcome any visitors interested in watching the demonstration to come along and join us. Details on 9674 1240
