A team of purple clad volunteers are taking the stress out Christmas shopping by wrapping gifts at Castle Towers.
So far $5000 has been raised for the Cancer Council with shoppers making donations for each gift wrapped.
Castle Towers has supplied the quality paper and ribbon. Volunteer co-ordinator Ruth Didsbury from the Hills Relay For Life said volunteers had been very generous with their time and shoppers had been very appreciative.
Donations have ranged from $1 to $50. Volunteers will be wrapping until Castle Towers closes on Christmas Eve. You can find them at Level 3 at Castle Towers near Myer outside Peter Alexander and Sanctuary for Hair. If you want to volunteer email Ruth at the[email protected]
