ILLUMINATED ICE CASTLES COMING TO QUEENSTOWN

Utah-based Ice Castles has announced its newest location at Coronet Peak, 15 minutes from Queenstown, New Zealand. Until now, the striking winter creations have only been available at six locations in North America. This July, however, the seasonal entertainment company brings the winter magic to the Southern Hemisphere. Professional ice artisans will hand-place 10,000 icicles a day to create the interactive castles. Kids will be enchanted by the caves, tunnels and slides constructed entirely from ice, which will glow at night from the colour-changing LED lights embedded inside the ice. icecastles.com/new-zealand
