Bruschetta Tarts

We used two 320g jars of Meredith Dairy marinated goats cheese. Drizzle bruschetta with some of the marinating oil from jar just before serving, if desired.

Are best made on the day but can be made the day before. Cool tarts before refrigerating overnight.
