HONEY FIG SOUR (above)

Ingredients

40ml Esprit De Figues 20ml vodka

20ml fresh lemon juice 2 dashes bitters

Method

Combine ingredients, shake with cubed ice and strain over fresh cubed ice in a tumbler. Garnish with a slice of fresh fig drizzled with honey.
