A dark balau timbered ceiling draws the eye skyward, while lighter open shelving allows displayed serving ware to shine. Swivel-top bar stools (Zanui’s ‘Charles’ has similar lines) add a lighter shade of timber. A black pendant provides a match to the dominating deep finishes and adds a raw element.
