An excellent example of an early-20th century Arts and Crafts house, Kathleen’s home is heritage protected. Not that she minds. “I love the original shingles and stucco,” she says. Resene Thorndon Cream was used to revitalise the exterior walls and shingles, while the simple lines of King Living outdoor couches melt seamlessly into the restrained backdrop.
