Comprising rectangular multistorey abodes with cedarshingled surfaces that grey with age, dormer windows, eaves, gables and steep roofs.
DUTCH COLONIAL
Often employing a mix of materials, including timber cladding and stonework. Windows are large, with portholes sometimes a feature.
COTTAGES
A take on Shingle Style, the main difference is scale. Most share common elements: large windows, columns, porches and balconies.
