HBTV, Christine Manfield, one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, joins Marty to share her Indian-style vegetable curry in a practice run for an upcoming event at the shed. With three highly acclaimed restaurant­s under her belt (Paramount in Sydney, 1993-2000; East@West in London, 2003-2005; and Universal in Sydney, 2007-2013), Christine is widely known and applauded for her distinctiv­e and definitive flavour combinatio­ns, particular­ly influenced by her travels around the globe. Mates from way-back-when, it’s obvious Marty and Christine share a unique bond. Their passion for creating fabulous food and showcasing locally grown produce is as dynamic as the dishes they create – and this curry is no exception.
