Who lives here?

Ziad, a project manager on aged-care developments; his wife Lisa, an interior stylist and owner of Ziink Interiors; and their daughter, Georgia, three. Biggest lesson learnt during the build? Ziad: “It pays off to plan twice, execute once and research as much as possible for different fixtures, fittings and furniture to ensure you end up with a unique product and value for money.” Your favourite room or feature?

Lisa: “I love to cook, so the kitchen is right up there! I love how it looks through the living room and out to the yard – it works so well for staying connected with Georgia and guests.” Top tip for homeowners building from scratch? Ziad: “To create a well-thought out home which makes use of space and light correctly, always employ the services of an architect.”
