A little closer to home, HB associate editor Katrina O’Brien headed to Melbourne to take a wander through the new gallery-like showroom of luxury appliance brand Gaggenau (below). Designed by the Carr Design Group, the space is all moody hues and tall, dark columns that cleverly show off the professional chef-worthy appliances like works of art. “A showroom as swish as the products themselves,” was Katrina’s verdict.
