TOURIGA:

SAVOURY & SILKY

A true medium-bodied red wine from the vivacious Portuguese grape varietal, Touriga sings with rich morello cherry and violet aromas. Delivering a flavour profile of fleshy red berry notes and succulent freshness to the palate, silky tannins come to the fore for a delightfully long-lasting savoury finish.

TEMPRANILLO: YOUNG & VIBRANT

A luscious and food-friendly wine, this elegant Tempranillo from Spain enlivens the palate with succulent fruity and floral notes. Youthful aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and violets leap from the glass while bright summer berry, pomegranate and blackcurrant flavours combine to create a profile with fine varietal tannins.

VERMENTINO: BRIGHT & EXOTIC

A surprisingly complex wine from a Sardinian varietal boasting bright aromas of honeydew melon and lemon, developing into exotic stonefruit and tangerine flavours backed by refreshing acidity and a long, minerally finish. TIP CHILL LIGHTBODIED RED WINES FOR UP TO AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING TO ACCENTUATE THEIR VIBRANT AND SUCCULENT FRUIT FLAVOURS.
