How long have you been contributi­ng to HB?

“It’s been close to 10 years now.”

What’s your favourite kind of HB shoot to work on?

“I love them all! After the large interior shoots I get a real sense of achievemen­t. After – and during – the food shoots I get to eat the delicious food! I have the best job!”

Describe your style in a sentence

“The heart and soul of anything beautiful lies within its imperfecti­on.”

Best advice for setting a beautiful tabletop for a dinner party?

“You can’t go wrong with handmade plates, fragrant flowers and lots of candles. Handwritte­n place cards are an exquisite finishing touch that makes every guest feel special.”

Tell us about the most memorable HB shoot you’ve worked on?

“Above and beyond any particular shoot, what I cherish the most are the wonderful connection­s I have made with shop owners and makers whose products I have styled with, as well as the team I regularly work with. I will treasure these friendship­s forever.”
