FRONT EXTERIOR The home’s facade (above left ) was completely transformed by lashings of Taubmans Sun Proof Low Sheen exterior paint in White, while a new grey-and-white stone-mix polished concrete driveway by Crete It Concreting added to the kerb appeal. The couple chose to enclose their upper balcony with custom decorative laser-cut screens from Allplates. LOWER OUTDOOR DINING Exposed beams above the sunken outdoor dining zone (below left) were painted white to match the exterior walls. Gav and Maree worked wonders with an old timber workbench, adding castors, a timber top and a lick of paint to convert it into a much-loved dining table (recreate the look with Oz Design Furniture’s ‘Abbey’ table). Industrial-style bar stools (for similar, try Conrad stools from Living Styles), rattan pendants from Eclectic Style in Noosa and Maree’s speak straight to the home’s coastal style.
