Delivering maximum functionality in a small space, this graceful Grecian bathroom in an Aegean resort has us dreaming of the sea. Inspired by the spectacular coastline, designer Paola Navone employed a pared-back aesthetic and delightfully simple design, combining whitewashed walls with concrete floors, and incorporating chrome fixtures and fittings, and a shower inlaid with local stone. The result is a clean, calming and streamlined interior that celebrates sensual design features such as the curved dividing walls, pedestal basin and curvaceous mirrors. The raw timber framework around the large mirror above the bed adds a little rustic charm to this sunkissed hideaway. “The abundance of natural light and sea breezes make you feel as though you’re outdoors, even when you’re inside,” says Paola.
