Chocolate almond custard 2½ cups almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa 2 tbsp cornflour
180g dark chocolate, chopped 40g butter
Chocolate almond pastry
1 cup plain flour
½ cup ground almonds
2 tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa
powder, plus extra for dusting ¼ cup icing sugar mixture
125g chilled butter, chopped 2 tbsp chilled water
1 egg yolk
1 punnet of each strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and 1 fig, to decorate
Whipped cream, to serve
