The Majestic series ovens are true kitchen centrepieces that demand attention. Featuring the same cooktop options as the ILVE Quadra range, these exceptional cookers can complement any kitchen and its cook.
A highlight of the new Majestic range is the 4.3 inch TFT touch control display with intuitive and vibrant graphics and logical operation. The touch and sliding movement controls are smooth and easy to use. With the TFT display, users can control the oven temperature and manage the quantity of moisture inside the cooking cavity. Minimal temperature fluctuation is achieved for optimal cooking, reducing temperature spikes, assisting uniform cooking and saving energy. With this new interface, the temperature is adjustable from 30°C to 320°C. Another new feature to the Majestic series is the steam valve, which eliminates the cooking steam from inside the cavity, allowing users to choose between dry or humid cooking. This means crispy bread or a tender and juicy roast are possible all from the same oven.
The brass burners have been redesigned for the Majestic series and guarantee excellent durability, while a non-stick nanotechnological coating provides a lotus effect for easy cleaning. Also now standard is a dual-control wok burner with efficient and powerful gas supply for a consistent heat distribution and effective heat supply.
The standard functions users have come to expect from ILVE are included in the Majestic series, such as the electric rotisserie, precision thermostatic control and concealed grill element, along with the programmable timer, turbo wave cooking feature, and digital food monitor.
The unique style of the Majestic freestanding ovens is amplified with the ability to create a customized and individual look. These cookers are available in a range of seven colours with brass, chrome, bronze or the new copper fittings. There are five capacity options (70, 90, 100, 120 and 150 centimetres) making the Majestic series cookers suitable for kitchens of any size. Also available are matching rangehoods with infrared heat lamps (AM series).
