Refine form shadow edges

Now I look at the more subtle mid-tones and “fill in” the rest of the portrait by blending the softer edges of form shadows. I’ll also pay attention to where the highlights on the face are and rough those in using lighter values of grey. At this stage the portrait should start to look like your model.
