Use shadow to introduce a dark metaphor

I un-peg the gown from the bottom right corner and add a moon to frame the Queen’s face, which I place in shadow to create a mood of mystery and longing. Will she find her warrior king? The shadow suggest she may never find him. This strengthens the emotional themes.
