DON’T FORGET THE KNIFE

The Palette Knife is a key partner for the Oil brush. It’s the best blending tool when painting digitally, and can also be used for sharp and bold accent marks when the Loading setting is increased. When using this approach, use big, simple and descriptive strokes. As my mentor used to say: “Three looks, two thinks, one stroke”. Make that one stroke bold and confident.
