Tex­tur­ing: Poly­paint

I use Poly­paint in ZBrush to cre­ate a base tex­ture for or­ganic el­e­ments such as skin. This tech­nique en­ables me to paint on to the high-res­o­lu­tion mesh in 3D space (paint­ing on to your mesh in Pho­to­shop can cause tex­ture seams where your UV sec­tions are split. The poly­paint will get baked down to the low-res­o­lu­tion mesh us­ing Mar­moset Tool­bag and will be au­thored fur­ther as part of the tex­tur­ing work­flow.
