THE BUSINESS

The casual dining restaurant brand has an authentic Baja Mexican menu at its heart. It’s based on a fusion of Southern California­n and Northern Mexican cuisine.

Mad Mex Fresh Mexican feeds more than 70,000 people weekly. Over the next three years, the company plans to open more than 20 stores with the goal of growing its Australian footprint.
