dips + crudités


Serve these delicious dips on a generous platter with plenty of fresh vegies and crackers for dunking.

2 avocados Juice of 2 limes 4 anchovy fillets 1 garlic clove 2 spring onions, chopped 2 tbsp continenta­l parsley, chopped ½ cup buttermilk Finely chopped almonds, to serve Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

Add all ingredient­s except the almonds and oil to a blender and blend until combined. Spread into a shallow serving bowl and top with the almonds and a drizzle of oil. Season.
