guava & peach sparkling cock­tail

SERVES 8 PREPA­RA­TION TIME 5 min­utes

1 cup (250ml) guava nec­tar (**see note) ¼ cup (60ml) peach liqueur 2 x 750ml bot­tles chilled sparkling white wine

Com­bine the guava nec­tar and peach liqueur in a jug, then di­vide evenly among 8 cham­pagne flutes. Top with chilled sparkling wine and serve im­me­di­ately.
