guava & peach sparkling cocktail

SERVES 8 PREPARATIO­N TIME 5 minutes

1 cup (250ml) guava nectar (**see note) ¼ cup (60ml) peach liqueur 2 x 750ml bottles chilled sparkling white wine

Combine the guava nectar and peach liqueur in a jug, then divide evenly among 8 champagne flutes. Top with chilled sparkling wine and serve immediatel­y.
