The advice

This is a really great block. I love the exterior with its staggered boxy shapes. Imagine how cool it would look if the yellow brick was rendered and the balcony railings were replaced with something more modern – it would be an awesome building. But apparently the strata has no money so that’s unlikely to happen any time soon. Moving inside, this is a good space, but it’s poorly lit and suffering a complete lack of storage, which makes it seem smaller than its 120 square metres. Still, there are a few simple things we can tackle that will make a huge difference without breaking the bank.
