A Sydney artist’s work inspires a colourful collection of wool rugs

LA-based Aussie and founder of Slowdown Studio, Marc Hendrick, collaborates with illustrators around the world to create a series of lifestyle products. His latest collection sees the abstract artwork of designer and artist Evi O translated into three colourful wool rugs, hand-looped in India. ‘Sphinx’ (front), ‘Monstro’ (centre) and ‘Boa’ (back) were inspired by Evi’s exploration of mythical beasts.
