Relaxing in the living area of Louisa and Ryan’s home and gazing out at the view, you’d never guess you were slap-bang in Sydney’s hectic Bondi. The couple are experienced renovators who just can’t get enough of the beach lifestyle. For the budget-conscious makeover of this 1990s duplex, they created something memorable by doing surprisingly little – keeping the home’s bones intact and adding pieces and ideas that reflect their philosophy and sense of style.
