2016

April Sara and Mick purchase their Burleigh Heads gem and planning begins for the kitchen and flooring overhaul.

May Walls are knocked out to open up the lounge, kitchen, dining room and entry. All floors and the kitchen are replaced.

Late 2016 A fresh coat of paint to the exterior and front fence gives a revamped presence.

2017

June After some hard saving, the couple are now ready to overhaul the bathroom.

August The landscaping and pool refresh are in full focus. Decking is added to the home’s side passage and a new glass pool fence drastically improves the sense of space in the small but well-appointed yard.

November The laundry gets an overhaul with a beautiful selection of quality materials. This completes the first stage of renovation and plans begin for the second phase, dubbed ‘The Great Upstairs’, which will include adding another level.
