After practicing as a project architect in Perth for many years, Stuart Threadgold established Threadgold Architecture in 2008, with the aim of delivering memorable spaces – irrespective of budgets – for his clients.

“The building industry largely alienates property owners from the process of formulating well-considered designs with unique spatial qualities, so the goal of making architecture accessible to the broader market has informed the five-tiered approach of Threadgold Architecture,” says Stuart. “The principles of environmentally sustainable design and passive solar design are inherent in each of our designs as we value the natural environment and believe that each building should be contextually appropriate for the natural landscape it inhabits.”

Stuart’s business brings the client into the design process from concept through to contract documentation, to ensure coherent and competent choices that benefit the client’s lifestyle and meet their building budget. Threadgold offers different tiers of packages, from initial to comprehensive design services.

When it comes to sustainability, Stuart says that’s covered off, too. “Our passion for construction technologies ensures that our sustainable design solutions afford the client the highest level of functional space for living, with ideas being tested and refined through the design development phase of the project.
