Super sexy Caprice says the secret of her youthful looks is standing in a giant freezer.

The 48-year-old makes daily trips to a cryotherapy chamber, which plunges her into sub-zero temperatures for several minutes.

Footballers and athletes have been using the treatment on injuries for years.

The mum of two said: "I go for a daily freeze.

"Its literally a room with a big freezer which you stand in for three minutes and freeze your ass off. It's

a whole body shock but it can heal your muscles, invigorate your skin and boost your immune system."
