Bur­glary charge

JOON­DALUP de­tec­tives have charged two men in re­la­tion to an ag­gra­vated bur­glary in Hil­larys on Novem­ber 13. Po­lice al­lege about 9am, two men went to the house in Cook Av­enue and de­manded money from a 30-year-old man who was vis­it­ing and known to them.

When po­lice ar­rived, the two men fled on foot and one man en­tered the yard of a 76-yearold man and al­legedly pushed that man in the chest when he blocked his es­cape. De­tec­tives charged a No­randa man (26) with ag­gra­vated home bur­glary, mak­ing a threat, ag­gra­vated rob­bery, de­pri­va­tion of lib­erty, ag­gra­vated as­sault with in­tent to re­sist ar­rest and tres­pass. They charged a Carramar man

(30) with ag­gra­vated home bur­glary, mak­ing a threat, ag­gra­vated rob­bery and de­pri­va­tion of lib­erty.
