Sec­ond apart­ment block open for com­ment

DE­VEL­OPER Zegna is look­ing to build an­other set of apart­ments in Dun­craig, with an ap­pli­ca­tion cur­rently be­ing as­sessed by the City of Joon­dalup.

Fol­low­ing its 10-unit de­vel­op­ment at 6 Ar­gyll Place, it is now propos­ing seven units at num­ber 15, in­clud­ing three storeys in part of the de­vel­op­ment. The site is

724sq m, with each unit pro­posed to be 75sq m and a pro­posed 325sq m, or 45 per cent, open space.

It also pro­poses 17 park­ing bays, of which

14 are on site for res­i­dents and two on site and one off site for vis­i­tors.

Dis­cre­tions are be­ing sought in vis­i­tor park­ing, set­back, open space and cross­over width re­quire­ments.

The City is seek­ing feed­back on the pro­posal un­til Jan­uary 30.
