Poly plan a cracker

Uk-based Poly Transport Systems could provide a jackpot for Tocumwal with a proposed $14 million development.

With the probable title of Project Darling, the facility would produce large pipes for agriculture and road infrastructure applications and would create 230 jobs.

The proposal has already received a $1 million grant from the Manufacturing Modernisation Fund. It is being led by Chris Dow, who has worked for 12 years in recycled plastics and runs the Uk-based Closed Loop Recycling Firm.
