Parkland Women

Last Tuesday, March 29, was the Royal Women’s Hospital 4BBB event with 38 players in the competition.

Geraldine Prendergast (28) and Heather Sleeth (19) combined well and completed their day five points ahead of their nearest rival with a score of 43 points.

The next two spots were calculated by a countback with Kathy Fanning (29) and her partner in Faye Roberts (24) named as runner-up with 38 points, while Di Day (28) and Pauline Kirby (24) took third spot with the same score.

Ball winners for the day were the combinations of H Caldwell/j Pearce 37, N Arnold/d Atkinson 37, and B Duke/c Kelly 36 after a countback from 3 others.

Nola Arnold won nearest the pin on the first, while Denise Hee with her second shot won nearest on the 15th.
