Ky turns into canine capital

Tristan the Pyranean Mountain Dog (top right) has learned a new trick since he has started attending dog shows. Every time his owner, Somerville’s Tania Kirkland, claps he stands on his hind legs and towers over his master. The two-year-old attends competitions with his brother, and they were among a litter of five. Despite their size the dogs weigh only 55kg, while Elton the Standard Poodle cuts a fine figure as he is paraded by Sam Wells from Modella. More on Page 6.
