When it comes to golf and golf get-aways Yar­ra­wonga Mul­wala Golf Club Re­sort caters for al­most ev­ery­one and you stay right on the course.Many be­lieve the most chal­leng­ing of the re­sorts three cour­ses is the par 72, 6095m Mur­ray Course de­signed by Peter Thom­son and Mike Wolveridge which carves its way through red gum forests and sandy river flats and pro­vides a sturdy test for even the most ac­com­plished golfer.

The slightly shorter Lake Course at 5957 me­tres, is more for­giv­ing off the tee how­ever bunkers, lakes and un­du­lat­ing greens en­sure a chal­leng­ing round. For be­gin­ners is the nine-hole Ex­ec­u­tive, a pic­turesque lay­out which also pro­vides an en­joy­able quick game. An ir­ri­ga­tion upgrade at a cost of $2 mil­lion dol­lars has been com­pleted to see even bet­ter con­di­tions year round.

There are reg­u­lar com­pe­ti­tions and events open to vis­i­tors; Men’s com­pe­ti­tions are held on Tues­day, Thurs­day, Satur­day and Sun­day while Women’s com­pe­ti­tions are on Wed­nes­day, Satur­day and Sun­day. You will find great prac­tice fa­cil­i­ties plus a fully stocked Pro Shop with the lat­est ap­parel. You can even book in with one of our Pro’s for a les­son. A wide range of ac­com­mo­da­tion is avail­able in­clud­ing ba­sic cabin style or more lux­u­ri­ous apart­ments, deluxe and ex­ec­u­tive spa suites. All are self-con­tained and in­clude bed linen, bath tow­els and con­ve­nient cook­ing and meal ar­eas, and all take ad­van­tage of the mag­nif­i­cent bush­land or golf course views.

We also of­fer our very pop­u­lar Boro­nia and Aca­cia vil­las which are three bed­room and three bath­room open plan vil­las, per­fect for cor­po­rate groups, cou­ples trav­el­ling to­gether or fam­i­lies.
