ROTTNEST REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

Plan E have designed a concept plan for the redevelopment of the West End of Western Australia’s Rottnest Island. The West End redevelopment is one of nine Rottnest Island tourism infrastructure projects funded by the Federal Government’s allocation of $17.2 million from its Tourism Icons program. In addition to new lookout points over the island’s iconic coastline, the plan includes a new transport hub, a major visitor node and gathering spaces, an ablution building and new shelters, seating, access pathways and bike racks.
