Tree House RPS
Living up to its name, Tree House elevates the subtropical lifestyle of its residents beyond what is now expected of Brisbane apartments. RPS has shown strong leadership to ensure that the meaningful incorporation of advanced trees, plentiful planting, and climatically comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces were key drivers of the architectural form from early in the design process. The composition maximizes usable space, balancing functionality and luxury. Tranquil poolside seating, sophisticated entertaining zones, a clever bespoke play structure and considered balcony views are generously surrounded by verdant, layered planting. Tree House exemplifies the value of integrating quality green space in densifying cities for the symbiotic health and wellbeing of people and places.
